Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of SubTrackr. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Account

You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind your organisation. Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account.

2. Subscription & billing

Plans renew monthly or annually. Fees are billed in advance. You may cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

3. Acceptable use

No spam, malware, illegal content, scraping competitors' data, or attempting to break our security. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Customer data

You own the data you put into SubTrackr. We process it on your behalf under our Data Processing Addendum.

5. SLA

Pro and Enterprise plans target 99.9% / 99.99% monthly uptime respectively. Service credits are available on request.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days. Sections that by nature should survive termination, do.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of London courts.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance.
