Privacy Policy

SubTrackr Ltd ("SubTrackr", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to subtrackr.io and all SubTrackr products.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, company, phone, country.
• Customer data: records you store about your own customers (processed by us, controlled by you).
• Usage data: log events, IP, browser, pages visited.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe and Paystack — we never store full card numbers.

2. How we use it

To provide and improve the service, send transactional email, prevent fraud, comply with law, and (with consent) send product news.

3. Legal bases

Contract, legitimate interest, consent, and legal obligation as set out in Art. 6 GDPR.

4. Sub-processors

AWS (hosting, eu-west-1), Stripe (payments), Paystack (payments), Postmark (transactional email), Cloudflare (CDN), Sentry (error monitoring).

5. Data retention

Customer data is retained for as long as your account is active. On termination, data is deleted within 30 days unless legal obligations require otherwise.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection — exercise any of them by writing to privacy@subtrackr.io.

7. International transfers

Where data leaves the EEA/UK we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Cookies

We use a minimal set of essential and analytics cookies. Manage them via your browser settings.
